I) OkIP Terms of Use
These Terms apply to all individuals and entities who access or use any Oklahoma International Publishing (OkIP) products or services, including, without limitation, event attendees, authors, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, registrants, organizers, event planners, administrators, customers, customer personnel, partners, vendors, contractors, and any other users of OkIP’s websites, applications, platforms including eventutor.com, software, APIs, or services (collectively, “you” or “Users”).
A. Your relationship with OkIP
- A.1 Your use of OkIP’s products, software, services and websites (referred to collectively as the “Services” in this document is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and OkIP.
- A.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with OkIP, your agreement with OkIP will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms may be supplemented by additional terms applicable to specific Services, which will be considered part of your agreement with OkIP.
B. Accepting the Terms
- B.1 In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.
- B.2 You can accept the Terms by:
(1) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by OkIP in the user interface for any Service; or
(2) by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that OkIP will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
C. Language of the Terms
- C.1 Where OkIP has provided you with a translation of the English language version of the Terms, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the Terms will govern your relationship with OkIP.
- C.2 If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms says and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence.
D. Provision of the Services by OkIP
- D.1 OkIP is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which OkIP provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. OkIP shall have no obligation to maintain, support, update, continue offering, or make available any particular Service, feature, integration, functionality, API, third-party integration, data, content, or historical records. OkIP may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
- D.2 As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that OkIP may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at OkIP’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform OkIP when you stop using the Services.
E. Use of the Services by you
- E.1 You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United States or other relevant countries).
- E.2 You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).
- E.3 Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with OkIP, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
- E.4 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that OkIP has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which OkIP may suffer) of any such breach.
- E.5 You agree that you can not impersonate any real or fictional person or entity or perform any fraudulent activity.
- E.6 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
- E.7 Upon signing up for or using the Services, you agree to receive electronic communications from OkIP, including emails, in-app notifications, and other messages. These communications are essential for OkIP to deliver, improve, and promote the Services to you. Where required by law, you will be provided with the option to opt out of promotional communications.
- E.8 You shall not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, interfere with, or otherwise adversely affect the Services, OkIP’s systems, infrastructure, security, networks, or other users, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
II) Privacy Statement
A) Statement
OkIP events will use the names and email addresses entered on this Website exclusively for the stated purposes of our events. We will not use them for any other purpose or share them with any other party.
The data collected from registered and non-registered users of our events falls within the scope of the standard functioning for organizing this type of event.
OkIP teams collect this information only as necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with our Websites.

OkIP may collect, when applicable, the following regarding event attendees, authors, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, registrants, organizers, event planners, administrators, customers, customer personnel, partners, vendors, contractors:
- Name and contact details
- Date of birth
- Online profile and usage data
- Emergency contact information
- Social media profile information
- Identification documents
- Education and professional information
- Communication records
- Purchasing information
- Event registration and participation data
- Subscription preferences

C) How OkIP Uses Personal Data

D) Payment Information
Payment information is currently handled exclusively by third parties such as PayPal, Square, and others to handle sensitive payment information such as Debit or credit cards.
