A. PRESENTATION OPTIONS
Due to the current pandemic, OkIP offers four modes of presentation to accommodate presenters, speakers, and participants. Please notify us by email of your presentation mode when you are selected/invited to present/talk or have decided to participate. Contact: info@okipublishing.com
I) Face-to-face Presentation Indoors
You would have to be physically present. Prepare and bring a 20-minute PowerPoint presentation saved on a standard USB Flash drive. Your time frame will include Q & A. Your presentation room will be equipped with a Laptop and a Projector.
II) Face-to-face Presentation Outdoors
You would have to be physically present and should prepare and bring a 20-minute PowerPoint presentation saved on a standard USB Flash drive. Your time frame will include Q & A. This presentation mode will be reserved for a few speakers and require organizer approval. Your presentation area will be equipped with a Laptop and a Projector. In case of inclement weather, all outdoor presentations will move indoors.
III) Remote Synchronous (Interactive) Presentation
You would be presenting remotely and interactively using Zoom from your computer. Prepare a 20-minute PowerPoint/slides. It is preferred but not required to use “voice-over” slides when preparing your presentation. Your time frame will include Q & A. You must email us a copy of your presentation at least a week before the conference’s first day. We will email you a presentation (Zoom) link/code and the date/time of your presentation about a week before the conference starts.
IV) Remote Asynchronous (Non-Interactive) Presentation
Prepare a 20-minute pre-recorded PowerPoint/slides using “voice-over” slides presentation. You would be presenting remotely and non-interactively. You must email us a copy of URL/web/link from where your presentation can be accessed at least a week before the conference’s first day. After the meeting and on OkIP Website, we will make all the presentation links available to the research community for full access and exposure.
